Please use protective gloves while handling this trap to prevent injury.
First, attach handle ends (Fig. 1A) to copper fittings on trap by squeezing the handle together
in the direction of the arrows in (Fig. 1B).
To operate trap, set trap in area where rat / mouse has been known to frequent.
Hold handle down to trap to open door and insert bait (cheese, cheese balls, or any type of
food that will attract rodents). You may either attach the bait to the hook (Fig. 2B) or place it
in the Cage Bait Bucket (Fig. 3A) or both. Note: if using only the Cage Bait Bucket, leave
cage door closed, rodents will enter through top of trap. Note: to prevent bait from falling off
of the Cage Bait Hook, bend hook slightly.
Attach the Cage Handle to the Cage Bait Hook clip (Fig. 2A).
To dispose of rodents, leave away from moisture for 4-12 hours and the rodents will die. Place
rodents in a trash bag and dispose. Note: To speed disposal, place the trap with the rodents
into a bucket of water, this will easily kill rodents.
